July 14, 2015 — We are one week away the 70th Anniversary of Chief Joseph Days Rodeo. This award is named in honor the the late Harley Tucker, who was a rodeo producer from Joseph who helped found Chief Joseph Days in 1946. He also provided stock for all four of the rodeos that sponsor this series. The series consists of four PRCA Rodeos, of which three have already taken place.

Leading the series as of July 15, 2015, is last year’s recipient of the Harley Tucker Award, Max Philippini with 10 1/2 points, Ryan MacKenzie, 7 1/2 points, McGinn, 6 1/2 points, and Bill Justis, 6 1/2 points, and Austin Stafford with 6 points.
The last rodeo of the series will decide the 2015 recipient.
